1. Shrimp porridge. 5 minute walk from the dorms. Perfect for when feeling under the weather. I’m finally getting getting over this “sickness”. The painful pounding in my ear has passed, but it’s still completely plugged. Hopefully the doctors fix that. It’s an awkward feeling but, surprisingly, I’m getting used to hearing out of one ear.

  3. Namsan Seoul Tower. One of the cutest places to visit; where couples place their locks together. “Locks of love is a custom in some cultures where love birds would lock their padlocks at public areas and throw away the key to symbolize that their love will be locked forever.” Cheesy, maybe? At least they try.

  4. K-collection fashion show concert. Performances by BIGBANG, Girl’s Generation, IU, Secret,  INFINITE, T-ara, Miss A, MBLAQ, Nine Muses, & Tiger JK. Ultimately, an event that I was glad to experience in Korea. Once I figure out how to make my videos a smaller size, one will go up! P.S. Thanks roomie, for the free ticket! :)

  5. I meant to start this the first day I flew into South Korea, but that obviously didn’t happen. First off, I didn’t have internet for the first couple days, and then I got sucked into the entertainment and activities of the city and my university, Yonsei.  It took a while to adjust to the dorm and also, to create a routine for everyday of the week. Actually, I still am..But hey, I’m here to have fun and go with the flow, right? Meeting the many different characters and people in my dorm was an overwhelming but amazing experience. From France, to New Zealand, to Australia, to Hawaii, New Jersey, Spain, and so many more places, everyone seems share at least one goal in their stay in SK: experience and make the best of this country. Having that one goal in common brings everyone together, regardless of age, gender, hobbies, etc. It doesn’t matter what you like or what your major is; we’re here to all have some fun and enjoy in this adventure together. Well, now that I have started this Memoir, I will try to keep a promise to myself; that I will update it at least once a week, providing my thoughts, activities, pictures, or videos.
